Hello.

My name is João Victor Paiva. I am 24 years old and a professional with expertise in marketing and strategy.

I am currently Analyst of Marketing at TV Dois (digital signage) and HIP (company specialized in developing corporate presentations) and I am also an adviser for Agência Nove (agency specialised in Design Thinking).

I often take part in volunteering work and am deeply committed to assisting individuals in their professional and personal development. I have participated in projects at Albert Sabin (children's hospital), where I managed to bring a little smile and hope for those little ones going through a tough time. I've also worked as an adviser for the Junior Achievement programme, where I was responsible in presenting to youngsters from state schools a little taste of what entrepreneurship involves.

I recently won the license to perform the first TEDx event in my state. The TEDxFortalza will happen in June 2012.
